What Happens When I Purchased My Cats A Self Cleaning Litter Box

I hate cleaning the cat box. When we got the kitty my son swore that he would care for the cat and scoop the cat litter box. But you know how that goes. He never did end up taking care of this cat. I took care of this cat. And then he came home with another kitty. So then I was focusing on two cats. Eventually following the third cat came along I decided I'd splurge on one of the self-cleaning litterboxes so I wouldn't need to scoop cat boxes anymore. Well I spent $200 on a high quality of the lineup self-cleaning cat litterbox to the cats and this is what occurred:

Litterbox

When I brought the box home and place up it abandoned the litterboxes that the direction they were if the cats did not want to make use of the newest litter box because I didn't want them moving on to the ground. One cat cautiously entered the self-cleaning litter-box during the front entrance. The litterbox started cleaning up after him while he was still going. He was horrified from the noise that the cleanup mechanism made even though it said it was a silent mechanism. He jumped from the package, still pooping, and ran down the entire upstairs hall monitoring poop. I had been convinced that I just had wasted $200 and made more benefit myself personally.

Once I spend a hour cleaning up the hall way and shampooing the rugs I went along to check the litterbox again. Cat number two jumped in the box and used it. Once more the noise started however, this kitty was not amazed by the sound. Cat number-two sauntered outside of this box with no care in the world and the box clicked to life and raked through the box cleaning it out.

Over the next two days I kept a close watch on all the boxes. I never saw cat number three use the self-cleaning box. Not once. Cat number two took to it right away and has used it with no problems ever since. Cat numberone sometimes uses it but still favors the normal boxes using routine scooping litter. Therefore I spent $200 to an extra clutter box that only one cat uses and I still have to scoop out litter boxes every day.

Less Expensive

In the end I presume that pets, like kids, just aren't predictable and their personalities and experiences could ascertain whether they enjoy what they are supposed to like or not. I don't understand why just one among my cats uses the self cleaning box that I paid a lot of money for. But hopefully the other two will figure out how to make use of it someday. I'll not do away with it because I'm stubborn and I'm not planning to throw out that type of funds. But if I had it to do over again I definitely would have purchased a more affordable self cleanup box or just stuck to the regular boxes using routine clumping mess.
